As part of our client care services we are now offering 'SERVER WATCH' a system that will monitor your server each day and report on any issues that will affect its performance. These will be reported back to our engineers via the internet each morning for analysis to catch any small problems before they become big disasters.

Our basic service will monitor :

EVERY 15 MINUTES

  • Windows Server services starting successfully
  • Hard drive space – alarms if reaches preset level

DAILY

  • Backup - successful or not
  • TCP Ports eg SMTP
  • Anti virus daily updates
  • Exchange Information Store size
  • Critical Events from Events Log
  • Hard Drive fitness (if SMART enabled)
  • Hacker attempts

There are no contracts involved as we feel once you know you have the advantage of this ‘early warning system’ then you will never be without it.
