All our hardware products are fully covered against product failure due to design and or manufacturing defects for 12 months from date of purchase.

In many cases this is extended up to 3 years through the manufacturers own warranty scheme. Some items such as consumables, inks, blank CDs, input devices etc are not covered by this warranty but will be replaced by us within a reasonable time scale.

Currently all monitors sold by us are covered by the manufacturers 3 year on site warranty scheme. Please refer to your documentation within your product packaging.

Extended warranties may be purchased for complete computers systems.
